2. Bookings & Cancellations

Mobile Visits: We require a minimum 5km radius from Antwerp city center for home/work visits.

Fees: A "Call out fee" (starting from €10-€20) applies to mobile visits unless covered by a subscription.

Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Subscriptions (Basic, Premium, Ultimate)

Subscriptions are billed monthly.

"Parts price" is not included in the basic subscription unless explicitly stated.

Subscriptions can be canceled with [30 days] notice.

4. Liability

Zero Velo is insured for professional liability. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden defects in the bicycle.

We are not liable for the theft of bicycles left at our drop-off location beyond the agreed pickup window.
